NASDAQ: GOAI

EVA LIVE, INC. | SEPTEMBER 30, 2026

The Next Chapter in Applied AI

Eva Live is building a business around a commercially important question: how can artificial intelligence turn consumer attention into measurable revenue? For investors, NASDAQ: GOAI offers exposure to that opportunity through a company extending its advertising foundation into lead generation, conversational website technology and autonomous systems. Summit Equity Research sees a credible path to a more valuable enterprise if early commercialization develops into repeatable revenue and stronger cash generation.

The most persuasive investment case begins with businesses close to the customer. FastQuote connects consumer demand with service providers. EvaBrain is being introduced through an external distribution partner. These initiatives offer tangible ways to evaluate progress before assigning substantial value to more ambitious defense and other development programs. A successful transition could change both the scale of the company and the quality of the revenue investors are willing to underwrite.

The timing deserves attention. Recent announcements put commercial expansion, technology development and management share purchases into the same investment window. The opportunity is to identify improving business economics while the company is still small enough for a successful new product to matter. The required discipline is to measure that progress per share, because financing and executive compensation have materially changed the capitalization picture.

This report takes a 12-24 month investment horizon, with nearer-term milestones to test the thesis. Its market reference is the September 29, 2026 regular-session closing price of $1.88, not a live quote. The analysis includes the September 29 preferred-stock disclosure and distinguishes reported results, company development plans and illustrative calculations. [1, 8]

Investment judgment: GOAI merits attention as a speculative applied-AI commercialization opportunity. The strongest route to sustained appreciation is a combination of profitable customer acquisition, repeatable partner distribution and credible progress toward funded technology deployments.

FastQuote: a measurable route to growth

FastQuote is the clearest near-term commercial catalyst. On August 25, Eva Live reported approximately $10,000 in daily revenue, primarily from debt consolidation and home security. Management also reported recent growth of roughly 20% week over week and preparations to enter more than 50 additional consumer categories. These are company-reported operating milestones, not audited segment results or a forecast that the growth rate will continue. [2]

The appeal is the relationship between intent and monetization. A consumer actively seeking a service can be more commercially valuable than someone merely viewing an advertisement. Better qualification may allow a provider to spend more for a lead while still earning an acceptable return. If FastQuote can improve that matching process, it could compete on the economic value delivered to customers rather than on the lowest price for traffic.

The next stage should be judged by contribution profit: revenue remaining after traffic acquisition, lead qualification, partner payments and other directly attributable costs. Revenue growth becomes particularly valuable when each additional dollar produces cash that can finance the next customer. This would make expansion more durable and reduce dependence on repeated external fundraising.

For scale, sustained daily revenue of $10,000 would equal $3.65 million over 365 days. Illustrative daily levels of $20,000 and $30,000 would equal $7.30 million and $10.95 million annually. These are arithmetic scenarios, not revenue guidance. They assume activity every day, ignore seasonality and do not establish profitability. They also must not be added mechanically to consolidated revenue, which may already include FastQuote activity.

Expansion offers a useful range of opportunities. Management can prioritize categories with attractive economics, repeat demand and reliable buyers rather than trying to launch every market simultaneously. A few productive additions could matter more than a long list of nominal launches. The most valuable update would identify sustained daily revenue, collected cash and improving contribution margins across several categories.

Summit Equity Research's inference is that FastQuote could become the operational bridge between Eva Live's advertising history and a broader AI business. Demonstrating repeatable economics here would make the company's wider commercialization strategy easier to finance and easier for investors to value.

EvaBrain: expanding through partner distribution

Eva Live's August 26 agreement with Domain Development Corporation creates another route to commercialization. The company plans to deploy EvaBrain through customized, white-label experiences on DDC digital properties. EvaBrain is designed to interpret natural-language requests and help visitors interact with website content and services. The announcement did not disclose a contract value, minimum revenue commitment or verified number of deployed sites. [3]

The strategic attraction is distribution. Building useful software is only part of creating an investable business; finding customers and persuading them to adopt it can consume substantial time and money. Working with an established operator of digital properties could place EvaBrain in front of existing audiences and provide a practical setting to demonstrate whether conversational interaction improves engagement and monetization.

A productive deployment could support two economic benefits. First, the partner may obtain more value from traffic it already controls. Second, Eva Live may gain a reusable implementation process that can be offered to other property owners. The investment inference is that standardized deployment could lower onboarding costs over time, particularly if subsequent customers need configuration rather than extensive custom development.

The business model still needs greater disclosure. Licensing, usage charges and revenue sharing produce different revenue predictability, margins and cash-collection patterns. Investors should watch for the actual payment structure, launch schedule, retained customer relationships and evidence that partners expand their use after an initial deployment. A signed agreement opens a channel; renewals and broader paid adoption would demonstrate its value.

FastQuote and EvaBrain could reinforce each other economically. One focuses on monetizing consumer demand; the other seeks to improve the interaction through which that demand is understood. Successful execution could support a broader offering to advertisers and website operators. This is a strategic inference, not evidence that the products already share all data, customers or monetization systems.

The company's broader presentation describes a shared technology core serving multiple industries. Reusing engineering can improve returns, but software reuse alone does not prove an enduring competitive advantage. The stronger evidence would be higher conversion rates, lower acquisition costs, dependable integrations and customer retention. Those measures would give investors a reason to attach value to the platform beyond its AI branding. [4]

Defense and gaming broaden the opportunity

Eva Defense adds a longer-duration source of potential value. On September 17, the company unveiled a low-noise autonomous drone prototype designed for defense and surveillance applications. Management described future integration with SwarmOS for mission planning and coordination of multiple aircraft. Acoustic performance, autonomy and communications capabilities remain development objectives; the announcement did not establish a production contract or independently verified battlefield performance. [5]

There is a coherent commercial rationale for combining aircraft, mission software and resilient communications. A customer buying an operational capability may place more value on reliable coordination than on an isolated piece of hardware. If Eva Defense can demonstrate an integrated system that solves a specific operational problem, opportunities could extend beyond an initial aircraft sale into software, support and upgrades. That recurring element is an analytical possibility, not a disclosed revenue stream.

A separate Boumarang development agreement gives part of the program measurable structure. Eva Defense committed $1.2 million, payable at $100,000 monthly, for a twelve-month program running from August 2026 through July 2027. It targets 10-20 field-tested, beta-ready prototypes and a plan for initial production. This is spending by Eva Defense to develop technology, not a $1.2 million customer order. [6]

The next value-creating milestones would be successful technical gates, documented field testing, customer-funded evaluations and eventual purchase commitments. Each would reduce a different uncertainty: whether the system works, whether a customer needs it and whether a customer will pay. Until those steps occur, defense is best evaluated as additional potential rather than as an established earnings contributor.

Gaming provides an adjacent application for customer-acquisition capabilities. Eva Live announced 60% ownership of International Gaming Alliance and a three-year services agreement between IGA and Lottery.com International. The framework covers approved international gaming, technology and affiliate activities. It establishes a commercial relationship but does not itself quantify revenue or replace jurisdiction-specific operating approvals. [7]

The investment logic is selective expansion: deploy existing marketing capabilities where their returns can be measured, while funding more technically demanding work in stages. Management's ability to prioritize matters. Multiple opportunities can increase the chance of finding a successful business, but shareholder value will depend on concentrating resources behind demonstrated demand. A profitable niche can be more valuable than a broad portfolio of unfinished projects.

Financial execution will determine the revaluation

The June-quarter filing provides the operating baseline. First-half 2026 revenue was $8.11 million versus $7.82 million a year earlier; second-quarter revenue was $4.20 million versus $4.14 million. First-half net loss was $10.31 million, including substantial noncash compensation and other items. Operating cash outflow was $5.23 million, and June 30 cash was $2.24 million. Net receivables were $17.47 million, approximately 88% more than 90 days old. Management disclosed substantial doubt about continuing as a going concern that its plans did not alleviate. These are historical figures, not a September cash estimate. [9]

Media traffic purchases absorbed $6.78 million in the first half. Revenue less this expense was approximately $1.33 million, or 16.4% of revenue, before other costs; this calculation is not a reported gross margin. The company reported 39.25 million common shares at June 30, before subsequent transactions. [9]

The opportunity is to improve what each revenue dollar leaves behind. Spending more to acquire traffic can produce impressive activity without attractive economics. Conversely, better targeting, stronger lead quality and a more productive mix of customers can increase the amount available to cover overhead. Investors should therefore give greater weight to incremental cash contribution than to headline revenue growth alone.

For illustration, a business producing $20 million of annual revenue with a 25% contribution margin would generate $5 million before central overhead, financing costs and taxes. At $30 million and 30%, the corresponding amount would be $9 million. Those are hypothetical operating cases, not forecasts for Eva Live or estimates of its current segment margins. They show why scale and unit economics must improve together.

Cash collection is equally important. Turning existing receivables into cash can finance growth without issuing new equity. More dependable payment terms can also make future sales less demanding on working capital. A convincing financial improvement would combine stronger collections, reduced operating cash consumption and a greater share of business from customers who pay predictably.

A favorable revaluation need not wait for the company to reach full maturity. Markets can begin recognizing progress when cash trends improve and future revenue becomes more visible. The strongest catalyst would be several quarters in which commercial expansion is accompanied by better economics, allowing investors to project development spending with greater confidence.

Capital structure and management alignment

CEO David Boulette's recent open-market purchases offer a tangible signal of personal conviction. Eva Live reported purchases totaling 38,278 shares on September 22 and 25 for approximately $77,308, with reported direct common ownership reaching 23,266,225 shares. These cash purchases should be distinguished from the separately announced option exercise and shares issued for accrued compensation. The much larger headline share acquisition was not entirely open-market buying. [10, 11]

Management ownership can encourage a long-term approach, but alignment must be evaluated alongside compensation and dilution. The September 29 Form 8-K disclosed issuance of 200,000 Series A preferred shares to Boulette under his employment agreement. Each converts into 150 common shares, equivalent to 30 million additional common shares if fully converted. The filing designated one million preferred shares in total; designation is not the same as issuance. [8]

September financing offers a potential source of growth capital. The company entered an agreement with Hudson Global Ventures permitting up to $10 million of common-stock purchases at $2 per share, subject to registration, trading-volume limits and other conditions. It also issued a 275,000-share warrant exercisable at $0.01. The agreement represents conditional financing capacity, not proof that $10 million has been received. [12]

Capital raised on workable terms could help fund product deployment and technical milestones. However, the amount a company raises must be compared with the value created and the ownership issued in exchange. A fixed financing price does not establish a stock-price floor, and access to capital should be evaluated separately from management's ability to earn an attractive return on it.

The practical valuation lesson is straightforward. At an assumed equity value of $150 million, 45 million shares imply $3.33 per share; 75 million imply $2.00. These are sensitivity calculations, not price targets or a verified current capitalization. The 30-million-share difference illustrates the effect of the newly disclosed preferred conversion. Other warrants, debt conversions and future financing could increase the denominator further.

Because quote services showed inconsistent capitalization figures and recent transactions change the share base, this report does not present a stale basic market cap as a fully diluted valuation. The investment case is strongest when operating value grows faster than the share count. That standard protects the analysis from confusing company expansion with gains for each existing shareholder.

The catalysts that could change the market view

Over the next reporting cycles, FastQuote offers the clearest opportunity to demonstrate acceleration. Sustained revenue above the August milestone, successful entry into additional categories and positive contribution economics would give investors concrete evidence of product-market fit. The key is continuity: a strong day becomes more meaningful when it develops into recurring monthly performance and collected cash.

EvaBrain can strengthen the case through actual deployments and commercial terms. Evidence that an initial partner expands usage would be particularly useful because it would suggest the product is creating value after implementation. Additional enterprise relationships would carry more weight if accompanied by information about revenue, implementation costs and retention.

Defense progress could attract attention from a different group of investors, especially if technical demonstrations lead to funded evaluations. A development milestone can improve confidence, but a customer paying for further work is a stronger indication of commercial relevance. No government contract award or near-term production order is assumed in this report.

The price action also provides a clear test of changing sentiment. GOAI closed at $1.88 on September 29 after trading as low as $1.74 that day. Recent sessions placed intermediate reference areas around $2.05-$2.25 and $2.42. These are historical trading levels, not fundamental valuations or guaranteed barriers. A sustained recovery through those areas with stronger participation would support an improving market interpretation; a break below the recent low would weaken the near-term recovery setup. [1]

For the coming 30-90 days, the constructive scenario is a developing recovery supported by new commercialization evidence and clearer financing visibility. The timing of such evidence is uncertain. Over 12-24 months, the larger opportunity is a business with more diverse paying customers, better cash conversion and a repeatable technology distribution model. The investment horizon should follow operating progress rather than assume that every announcement will trigger a lasting rally.

Summit Equity Research's assessment favors the potential for GOAI to become a more valuable applied-AI enterprise as its commercial products mature. FastQuote supplies an early monetization signal, EvaBrain creates a partner-led expansion route, and defense adds potential beyond the advertising business. Realizing that opportunity requires funding discipline and growth on a diluted per-share basis. Measurable delivery on those conditions could give the market a stronger reason to reward the company's next stage.
